Information acc. Section 19 (3) of the AStG (Alternative Dispute Settlement Act)
The EU Commission provides an online platform for online dispute resolution (OS platform). It is available under the link https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Pursuant to section 19 (3) AStG, we have to inform the consumer on paper or another durable medium (eg by e-mail) about the alternative dispute resolution, if we can not agree with him in a dispute.
